Ethics and environment pledge

• Every project we collaborate on will align to our deep commitment to represent the street art and graffiti subculture in an authentic and non exploitative way, we see the need for artists to be paid professionally for the work they are commissioned to deliver for clients but not at the expense of our values, ethics and the vital authenticity of this dynamic subculture.

• To commit to an inclusive and diverse staff team for any project, always being mindful of protected characteristics and making sure seldom heard communities are reflected in our recruitment, staff team, freelancers, and daily work.

• To commit to reuse, recycle, locally source and be considerate of all impactful materials we use for our daily work including Carbon offsetting initiatives. 

​

• To use artists who are geographically close to each shoot to support local creative communities and lessen environmental impact.

​

• We have a deep commitment to industry standard fair wages for all staff involved in our projects and to work within all union rules, guidance, and practices.​
